Welcome to this beautiful 5 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom single level home in the gorgeous community of Solana. As you enter the community through the guarded / gated entrance you will see why this community is highly requested. This home features a private pool and spa (safety fence for the little ones is provided) and no rear neighbors! Enjoy dinner out on the patio and a dip in the pool or relax and lay in the sun on the loungers and soak in the Florida Sunshine. The garage has been converted into a themed games room for hours of fun with you and your family! The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all the major appliances including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and more to have a nice dinner. The living room is very comfortable and features free cable tv and WiFi. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience in addition to an iron and ironing board. All towels and linens are provided as well.
Please note that heating the pool and spa is an additional fee and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

-The pool heater is set between 85-90 degrees, however, if the air temperature drops below 70 degrees the 85-90 degree temp may not be maintained. We can’t guarantee a 90 degree pool in cooler temperatures
– All fee’s for pool heat must be paid prior to the heat being turned on
*** No pets allowed due to health hazard – severe allergies
* Tiki bar at the clubhouse has activities throughout the year make sure to check them out!

Heating of the pool and spa is not included in the rental price of the property. It is a separate charge. It may take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat if not added prior to your stay.
